This Privacy Notice explains how LIV Build Group LLC, trading as Plotline.directory("we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the Plotline.directory marketplace. LIV Build Group LLC is the data controller for the information described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, password (hashed), and any profile details you provide.
• Listing and bid information — property addresses, descriptions, photos, asking prices, bid amounts, and related messages.
• Buy box and search data — markets, price bands, condition preferences, and saved searches.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used for security and product improvement.
• Support communications — messages you send us via email or in-app forms.

Payment card details are collected directly by our payment provider, Paddle, and are not stored on our servers.

2. How we use your information

• Provide and operate the Service (account creation, listings, bidding, notifications).
• Process payments through Paddle and meet related tax and invoicing obligations.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Improve the Service and develop new features (aggregated or pseudonymous where possible).
• Respond to support requests and other communications you initiate.
• Send service announcements and, with your consent where required, marketing emails.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data on the legal bases of (a) performance of our contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service and preventing fraud, (c) compliance with legal obligations, and (d) your consent where required.

4. Who we share data with

• Paddle.com Inc. — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, billing, refunds, tax compliance, and subscription management. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
• Service providers / subprocessors — cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools, under contract and only to provide the Service.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit providers where needed.
• Authorities — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Other users — sellers see bids submitted on their properties; buyers see seller listings. We do not publicly share email addresses or phone numbers.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing support@livbuildgroup.com. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging, to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and applicable regulators of breaches as required.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. When required, we put appropriate safeguards in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
